Outcome-Based Learning Field Guide-Tools to harvest and monitor outcomes and systematically learn from complex projects

The field guide is based on the pilot experiences of World Bank projects. It presents resources that can help practitioners collaboratively harvest, substantiate, interpret, monitor and learn from outcomes, particularly from complex aspects of programs.
