Taking advantage of the growth in organisations and programmes implementing Outcome Mapping, the Outcome Mapping Learning Community commissioned a study to explore to what extent OM was perceived useful for helping programmes that are sup-porting complex change processes, to become more effective and to meet the learning and information needs of different programme stakeholders. This brief summarises the findings from the study.
