Looking at Outcome Mapping from the Lens of Appreciative Enquiry

Do AI and OM share some common appreciative frame of reference in such a manner that the two disciplines/tools complement and complete each other?

This table is an attempt to clarify the components of an appreciative approach, for the purpose of those (like the author!) who are new to such an approach. Through this clarification, and further discussion, it is hoped that some of the connections and differences between OM and AI can be made more clear to all community members.
