Matter of Focus, a company based in Scotland, uses an approach which is also called outcome mapping - a different kind of outcome mapping but highly related. Like our Outcome Mapping, their approach helps to set (or ‘map’) out the steps that link the activities of a project, programme or organisation to the outcomes that are important. It has a lot in common with other ‘theory of change’ approaches. This Blog explains the Matter of Focus approach to outcome mapping.
