Engendering Change Mid-Term Learning Review presentation

This is a presentation given at the American Evaluation Association annual conference 2012 in a session on the use of OM in evaluation in complex situations. It describes an evaluation of an Oxfam Canada programme using OM, Most Significant Change and developmental evaluation.
