Step 0 – what happens and how- input for discussions

This small input was produced after discussions with a small group of OM practitioners. It looks at the so-called step 0 of Outcome mapping, that is, at what happens before the actual OM starts. It outlines what happens (or should best happen) in step 0, who is involved in it and finally in what way they are involved.
