A survey of Government Policy for the planning, monitoring and evaluation of development programmes (2010)

This paper provides an overview (carried out in 2010) of government policy in Belgium and the Netherlands for planning, monitoring, and evaluation (PME) within the sector of international cooperation. An overview of European policy and the policy guidelines of the Development Assistance Committee of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD /DAC) for PME in international cooperation is also given.
